debugger not working in Netbeans 6.1

I am on Ubuntu 8 with Glassfish 2upd 2 and Netbeans 6.1.

I have an Enterprise Application with a web module and an ejb one.

I can successfully deploy the Ear but when trying to debug despite no error messages being shown, it just does not enter in the source code skipping all breakpoints. The user action is on the web browser. In the past I had no problem at all.

The only warnings are:

-------
Completed incremental distribution of myApp
connect-debugger:
Non-existing path "/myApp/${javac.classpath}" provided.
Non-existing path "/myApp/${run.classpath}" provided.
Attached JPDA debugger to localhost:9009
------

I must say that in these days I experienced a lot of weird things with the new pair NB6.1/Glassfish2u2, so I already went through reinstalls, clean project recreations, etc.

Thank you

Giovanni

I solved by uninstalling Netbeans 6.1 and reinstalling Netbeans 6.0.1.

I have the same problem.
I filled out the issue:

I suggest that you put your vote for this.
