Is the size matter when i will send RTP packet.
i saw there is used to send RTP packet as 12+160=172.(PCMU/8000 or PCMA/8000)
is it necessary?? or i can change the size as

160 bytes is the size of 20ms audio (PCM(U/A)/8000) and it is a standard value for those codecs. However you may change the packet size if you realy need it.

Current release does not include packetization period into SDP but next will release will do it also.
