qt_init() starting in daemon mode problem

We have succesfully compiled PhoneME Feature MR2 on an ARM device running qtopia-linux by using QtopiaSDK.

Hence when we execute bin/arm/usertest we are not able to get the graphical user interface. Nothing happens and this is the output we get:
"qt_init() starting in daemon mode"

Why the qte doesn't start the GUI?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If useful this is the complete set of commands we used:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
## ----> PCSL

export MEHOME=$HOME/phoneme_feature

mkdir $MEHOME/build_output

export BUILD_OUTPUT_DIR=$MEHOME/build_output

export JDK_DIR=/usr/lib/j2sdk1.4-sun

export GNU_TOOLS_DIR=/opt/Qtopia/arm

export PCSL_OUTPUT_DIR=$MEHOME/build_output/pcsl

cd $MEHOME/pcsl

make PCSL_PLATFORM=linux_i386_gcc NETWORK_MODULE=bsd/qte

make PCSL_PLATFORM=linux_i386_gcc NETWORK_MODULE=bsd/qte clean

make PCSL_PLATFORM=linux_arm_gcc NETWORK_MODULE=bsd/qte

## ---->CLDC

export JVMWorkSpace=$MEHOME/cldc

export JVMBuildSpace=$BUILD_OUTPUT_DIR/cldc

cd $JVMWorkSpace/build/linux_arm

make ENABLE_PCSL=true PCSL_OUTPUT_DIR=$BUILD_OUTPUT_DIR/pcsl ENABLE_ISOLATES=true

###---->MIDP

export MIDP_OUTPUT_DIR=$BUILD_OUTPUT_DIR/midp

cd $MEHOME/midp/build/linux_qte_gcc

export QTOPIA_SDK_DIR=/opt/Qtopia

make PCSL_OUTPUT_DIR=$BUILD_OUTPUT_DIR/pcsl CLDC_DIST_DIR=$BUILD_OUTPUT_DIR/cldc/linux_arm/dist TOOLS_DIR=$MEHOME/tools TARGET_CPU=arm USE_MULTIPLE_ISOLATES=true

Hi Omone,

We discussed a similar topic some time ago, please check the thread:
http://forums.java.net/jive/thread.jspa?messageID=194559&#194559

In brief I can say, that phoneME with Qt/E starts own QWS server, so it
can conflict with a server already started by platform. Please play with
"-qws" option passed to QApplication.
