Hi all,

I just posted the widget library with the jMaki wrappers for Dojo 1.0.2. You can find the widget library on the download site:

https://ajax.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=6844

See Ludo's blog on how to incorporate a widget lib into NetBeans at http://weblogs.java.net/blog/ludo/archive/2007/01/extending_the_j.html
or just unzip the file and copy the resources dir to your web app.

Please take a look at the widgets and file any bugs you run into. I put the bundle in the testing directory because I wanted to get more eyes on it before we release it officially. I also will upgrade to Dojo 1.0.3 before it is released. I believe that the Dojo 1.0.3 release contains mostly bug fixes and is not that different from 1.0.2. Anyone know if that is correct?

Send feedback to the dev list or post here.

Thanks,
Carla

Hi Carla,

Can the dojo.dijit widgets be used with existing dojo widgets that are shipped with jMaki 1.03? I was not able to use them together in a form.

Regards,

Hi Kjambor,

Many of them can but not all. I believe that the accordion is one where the old version and the new version clash and there could others. Although we did renamespace the .4.3 version of Dojo in anticipation of having widgets from the 2 different versions on the same page, it seems that that is not enough. We will be working on making sure things work well together but it looks like we need to update the .4.3 code to do that.

That work will go in the jMaki 1.1 trunk.
