Hi all,

Do the emulators of WTK have support for Windows CE?? Like, if I write a code in J2ME for a device with Windows CE, can I give it a test run in WTK ?? If not, what is the solution??

Actually, let me correct my previous post: Your code may or may not care to know which *device* and Java stack it is running on, but it most likely does *not* care or no about the underlying OS. The whole purpose of Java ME is to abstract that.

Hi,

I think you are asking the wrong question. Your code will not know or care which device and OS it is running on (unless you are developing a CDC-based app and you are calling native methods via JNI). WTK has support for plugging in platform emulators but those emulators simulate device characteristics not operating system specific functionality.
