Hi all:

In Netbeans 5.5 there used be a "Runtime Window" in the top left conner of the IDE. Inside the window there is a "Processes" Icon, which can be used for kill any running processes.

However the window doesn't exists in the netbeans6.0 anymore. Where can I find it?

I am not sure but I think parts of the "Runtime Window" functionality is now in the "Services" window. (I haven't used 5.5 very long)
Every time you start anything out of the IDE you should see at the bottom right corner a progress bar, click at the bar and you see all running processes (also progress bars) with cancel buttons.
