I've looked at the internals and this is very nice work.
It does look pretty good. I might spend a day playing with.
Did you ever look at it? I did but it looked like it was quite complex to use. I also did not like to add another layer around swing (SWT) and drag down performance even more and I did notice that the frames while dragging smeared alot. Otherwise it looked pretty good.
I tested his web start under Vista UAC mode, and he doesn't seem to be having any web start issues in non admin mode. We have a lot of work on top of JDIC, and JDK 1.6 has something to be desired with tray icon support. I'm considering making my C++ build available to everyone, seeing how many guys are having trouble building the software. If we can get around this simple limitation, it would make it much easier to move this existing project forward.
