Hi Vladimir,

please review the fix for [Issue 262]: Concurrency can not be hidden in VmInterview.
http://fisheye4.cenqua.com/changelog/cqme/?cs=1476

The main change occurred in the manner of asking the question about concurrency.
Before standard Javatest concurrency question was disabled by default and
specific question was introduced in CDC part of interview. So if we enabled
standard question by calling MidpTckBaseInterview.setConcurrencyEnabled(true)
then two questions about concurrency is asked in CDC mode - very confusing.

Now standard Javatest concurrency question is asked in CDC mode and can be
disabled by creating specific VmInterview.

Thanks,
Alexander
