Hi I'm new to BD-J
1) Beside from Sonic & Blu Print can anyone suggest a software that will allow you to mux
your blu ray disc then edit the Advanced features ?
Is there a poor man's version in creating those Hollywood style discs that are out ?

Thanks
Jim

I believe Sonic's DVDIt will do muxing, but I don't know if you can work with advanced content (it natively supports HDMV).

Hi all,

it's my first on this forums :)

I will try to give more informations about authoring software:

Today there are only Scenarist BD from Sonic, BluPrint from Sony and Authoring software solution from MEI
(Matsushita Electronic Industry aka Panasonic) which can mux a title with BDJ.

NetBlender BD software is not available, it use the PureHD SDK from Ulead (a Corel company).

For authoring (no mux) a BDJ title, there is only Ensequence. Bill Foote can give more information about this software.
(thank you Bill for the european seminar :) ).

There are a few tools released (or nearing release) for creating BD-J
(Ensequence OnQ, NetBlender, Sofatronicc Kaleidoscope), but NetBlender
is the only one that I think might be supporting muxing. I think Ulead
have a lower-cost muxer that might be suitable for use with these, but
I haven't looked at it.

Cheers,
Joe
