This is frustrating.
I have searched for devices with my mobile phone (Sony Ericson W880i) and found my laptop (Packardbell EasyNote) via a USB Bluetooth Adaptor. After inputting an access code ****, I then had a pop-up on my laptop asking for the same access code. Once the access code was accepted, my laptop was registered on my mobile phone. When I chose to connect, the bluetooth connection fails.

On the opposite end of the stick, I downloaded a third-party package ANWSOFT CAMagic Mobile for Bluetooth, after installing, I can access all servicecs on my phone.

So I can see everything on my phone via my laptop, but I can't connect the other way. I am wondering if the CAMagic is preventing the connection which I am looking into (exploring all possibilities). Does anyone have any ideas/insight.

Simple answer not allowed. Due to the server/client relationship, a mobile pone could never act as the server to a laptop client, as the laptop is the more powerful of the two, it would not allow itself to be controlled by a less powerful object.
