I want to call C routine from J2ME. How to do this??

The simple answer is you don't, at least not in CLDC based JavaME.
Since there is no classloader, and there is no standard OS under the java vm implementation. You can call to other applications on these devices if the support has been setup in the MIDlet.PlatformRequest(). This can be used for starting things like a browser, or dialing, and such.
However if you are working with a CDC device then you may be able to use some
of the native call style coding (JNI) to achieve your goal. Or you might look at the
Runtime.exec() to execute applications.
