Dear Saket,

please could you elaborate more what are your objectives.
Which JSR implementation you would like to add?
Do you want to contribute it to the community or just have technical issues incorporating JSR to the phoneME Feature framework for your personal business?

Regards
Kostya

What are you trying to do? Do you wish to install jsr's that are in some phones but not the one you are developing on? For example, installing jsr 82 onto a sony ericsson k700?
If that is so, it is impossible to install a jsr onto a phone if the phone does not already have that jsr installed.

ian: I'm sorry to tell you, but you're not helping. This is a forum about Phone ME Feature, i.e. an open source (thus customizable) JVM, not about preinstalled licensed manufacturer specific JVM's already running on phones out on the market.
