I noticed that PhoneMe and Qt based on the GPL.
Does this mean that my application based on "cvm" and "qt/e lib" have to comply with GPL?
I mean I don't modify the source code of "cvm" and "qt/e", only link the libraries.

The GPLed Qt version has many exceptions for others open source licences :

http://trolltech.com/developer/notes/changes/changes-4.3.2/

So you can develop open source application that not GPL with the Qt open source version.

To follow up on what Roger said - please see my blog on the topic of developing applications on top of phoneME:

The license requirements of GPL depends on distribution. If you
distributed PhoneMe and Qt with your application then everything would
have to be GPL. If that isn't the case then your application can use
what ever license you desire. See
http://www.sun.com/software/opensource/java/faq.jsp#g20 for a further
explanation.
