attribute Binding in JMaki components like JSF components

Hello all,

The attribute "Binding" to link a component with property in a managed bean is not defined for JMaki, it is a basic and very important function for JSF components.

for example :
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
in my jsf page :
...

...

and in my bean :

import javax.faces.component.UIInput;
...
class MyBean {
...
private UIInput inputtext;
...
}
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyone have an idea if this attribute is replaced with another function defined in JMaki ??
or we should add the new implementation of this attribute ???

second question :
what is the difference between the attribute "Value" and "valueChangeListener" in JMaki components ??

thanks

I know, it's not (yet) implemented in jMaki.

But it's one of the things next on my roadmap. Just filed issue 198 to track this:

just to let you know:

binding-attribute is now supported - both for JSF with JSP and JSF with Facelets:
