sorry, i do not express my mind clearly.
i want to modify the glassfish domain's (default domain is domain1) classpath and add some jar in the glassfish classpath.
I should use "," or ; to separate the lib.
thanks

Please read the response to the question "What is the preferred way to use a
library jar with an application" in
http://blogs.sun.com/sivakumart/entry/classloaders_in_glassfish_an_attempt for
more information.

You could specify classpath-suffix with its parts separated by ";" for a
glassfish instance running in Windows and ":" for an instanace running in
linux/solaris.

Hope this helps.

Thanks

I just came across this recently in some installation instructions. You
can use ${path.separator} for either one and not worry about the OS:

classpath-suffix="/somepath/jar1.jar${path.separator}/somepath/jar2.jar"

Cheers,
Bobby

Perfect, Bobby. That's the way to go.

Please use your platform's
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/java/io/File.html#pathSeparatorChar
';' for windows and ":" for *nix.

Thanks
