Debugging Javascript

I know this is not really the right place for this question, but since everyone here is a javascript expert (right?) I would like to know what tool is best used for debugging javascript in internet explorer. I used to use the script debugger, but for some reason that is no longer available in the current versions.

Greg,

Thanks for the answer on this one. Maybe I'll switch to developing with Firefox as well, as I find it to be much friendlier anyway.

I generally do most of my development in FireFox with Firebug then move to IE in final testing. You can generally catch 90% of the errors in FireFox.

The people from Microsoft I've spoken to recommend Microsoft Visual Web Developer Express which is free.
