Build JSR82 for phoneME Advanced

Hello all,
I'm trying to compile the JSR82 implementation (I grabbed this from the phoneME Feauture MR2 package) but I can't get it even to start compiling.
I had been able to set up a sort of build enviroment but somehow the makefile is ignoring this.

Enviroment Settings:
declare -x USE_JSR_82="true"
declare -x USE_JUMP="true"

Folder Structure:
[manuel@manuel phoneme-advanced-mr2]$ tree -L 1
|-- abstractions
...
|-- cdc
....
|-- jsr82
| |-- build
| `-- src

|-- jump
...
`-- tools
....

The build directory from jsr82 was taken from the jsr82/src/config directory.

I'm trying to compile the phoneME advanced to run in the Nslu2 a linux ARM box without screen (jsr82/src/config/) so I don't think I can use the phoneME feauture.

Thanks,
Manuel

As I told in "Building, in MR2, CDC foundation with JSR172 but without QT" thread,
I built for xscale using the following command line:

make CVM_JIT=false CVM_TARGET_TOOLS_PREFIX=/opt/snapgear-toolchain/bin/arm-linux- J2ME_CLASSLIB=foundation JDK_HOME=/usr/lib/j2se/1.4 CVM_FORCE_HARD_FLOAT=true CVM_PRELOAD_LIB=true

foundation means no GUI.

if you are building in host x86 for x86 maybe can be
make J2ME_CLASSLIB=foundation JDK_HOME=...

Hi Manuel,

JSR 82 is not one of the supported JSRs that can be built with phoneME
Advanced yet. What is the make command line that you are using and what
error message do you see?

Hinkmond,
I'm running plain make from inside build/linux-x86-native. I don't see any compilation error, it just doesn't compile, even thought I had declared I wanted to use JSR82.
Can I build PhoneME Feature without GUI support? I had read a lot of docs and haven't found if I can or can't build it without GUI support.
Thanks,
Manuel

Hi Manuel,

I'm switching this to the dev@phoneme.dev.java.net mail alias since it
is starting to span both phoneME Advanced and Feature.

Anyone know how to build pMEF without LCDUI and then add JSR82?
