See above -- this crash is due to the incremental garbage collector being broken on Mac. To fix:

To turn it off, in lg3d-wonderland/build.xml, find line 149:

And remove it or comment it out.

I just came across another MacOS problem. I tried to customize my
avatar. The dialog box opened and I could change all the settings,
but my screen wasn't tall enough to display the entire length of the
dialog box, so I could not see the Save button to click on it to save
the changes I had made. I tried resizing the dialog, but nothing
would bring that Save button into view. I also tried tabbing to the
button that was out of sight, but that strategy didn't work either.

I'm seeing this on linux too (ubuntu feisty) - I've been meaning to
have a look why - but for now i just know to tab down 7 times from the
uppper body setting (for males).

I think the problem is simply that it's a large dialog and was designed assuming a screen resolution that is higher than you have. Thats obviously a bad assumption.
