Hello everybody,

JXTA shell runs in the AWT window. The linux setup I have to use does not have X11 subsystem. I was wondering if it is possible to switch JXTA shell so that it would run in a standard console window.

Thanks for the help.

Leon

IS the source of the Shell available? I seem to remember that it used to be . Using a DOS prompt -driven UI is totally unacceptable to my end users.

thanks!!!

The shell is available at <JXSE Shell>.

You can disable the creation of Windows and use a terminal console by using adding "-DSHELLNOWINDOW" to the java command line.
