Can we use seam with JMAKI widgets like JODO COMBO BOX..

I was trying to use one but I got runtime jave error.

First it gave a javascript error like faces/jamki.jsp not found.

I added it and then got some runtime error.

Please suggest whether we can use it with seam and if yes what are the steps we need to follow.

In principle, using Seam and jMaki together should work, although I have not specifically tested the combination. What I would suggest is trying a very simple example first, using just JSF and jMaki, by following the examples on the jMaki web site. That way, you will be able to see which files have to be copied into your Seam based web application, and where they go.

Thanks Craig.

I tried the example with JSF and it works fine but with seam it didn't work. Not sure whether I need any configuration changes.

Any help wil be highly appreciated

Hi Sunny,

We have our basic dojo + JSF test examples which includes a Dojo combobox in a web application located at:

https://ajax.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=6844&exp...

See the jmaki-dojo-jsf.zip app.

Let us know if this helps.
