Hello all,

Can anyone help me configure Blackberry simulator to enable internet connectivity.

The MDS is one option.

You can set "deviceside=true" in your URL to instruct the application to use direct TCP.

It works perfectly in JDE 4.1/4.2. Please see the javadoc (RIM) for Connector or google deviceside=true.

As someone else said, you must also install and run the MDS simulator
before attempting any kind of Internet connectivity through the device
simulator. Otherwise your app will hang for two minutes, at which point
you'll get back a "connection timed out" I/O exception. All Internet
connectivity is proxied through the MDS simulator.

Download and stard MDS simulator, everything should run fine....
