Javahelp license

Hello,
I have a little question.

Can I embed Javahelp in the jarfile of my application, making it downloadable
without accepting the Javahelp license?

Thanks in advance,

Is it possible to have the glossary navigator and a favorites
navigator in server-based javahelp? Has anyone created or know
where to get the jsp and tag libraries for them?

The jh user's guide explains how to use the tocItem, indexItem,
and searchItem tags but there are no such tags for glossary
and favorites. Granted, users could use their browsers Favorites/
Bookmarks menu to bookmark a help page but then they have to
search through all their bookmarks or create a bookmark folder
specifically for this product's help pages. Not as handy as
having a help-specific bookmarks view right there in the navigation pane.

Thanks,

Humm. Are you talking about the open source version (yes if your code is
GPL) or the distributed version (no, but you can include the binary
distribution (jh.jar) without any problem)?

Ciao Roger,

My project (edumips64 -> www.edumips.org) is a GPL project.
I'd like to include binaries of javahelp inside my jarfile: is it possible to
do so?

I didn't do it because I know that sun requires you to accept an agreement
before downloading Java, and javahelp had a similar agreement when I tried to
download it.

Thanks for the help!! :)
