HI all,

Does anyone have references of 3-rd party profilers from J2ME? WTK
profiler is too slow for the application...

Best,

I separate my code into a CLDC-compatible core, which runs on every
Java platform including Java SE, plus a set of profile layers, one for
each of the target platforms (MIDP2, imode, Blackberry, etc.).

This way, I can use Java SE on the desktop to debug, unit test, and/or
profile the core code. (The core contains most of the code.)

NetBeans' free profiler (called NetBeans Profiler) is my first choice
in profilers.

I can recommend using MicroEmulator (http://www.microemu.org/) for profiling. This emulator runs on top of Java SE and it is very easy to integrate with different profilers like YourKit and others.

Prosyst has a product, but the underlying VM must support JVMPI.

I've found this one:
YourKit Java Profiler
http://www.yourkit.com/

Integrated also within Netbeans.
