Build instructions (issue #20).

Hi all,

buid instructions for ME Framework reads:

" The following local.properties properties must be edited to reflect
your build environment.

Property Description
...
JCCT_SIGTEST Location of Signature Test tool JAR files
..."

I think, JCCT_SIGTEST property in local.properties is useless (I don't
use it). Is it obsolete and can it be removed from the list of required
properties? Does anybody use this property?

Thanks,
Dmitri.

Dmitri,

Yes, the property is obsolete. We removed our dependency on the
SigTest, and have no plans to introduce it in the future. So, the
property can be safely deleted.

Thanks for taking care of this.
