Hi Misha (Smirnov), team,

Please review a bugfix for the following
ISSUE #54: "Channel Type" question present even in non-CLDC modes

"Channel Type" question present in the interview even in non-CLDC
modes, like MIDP. The question makes sense only for CLDC mode and
should be hidden in other modes. This regression was introduced by
PreverifierInterview-related changes recently.

The fix is simple, to enable the question only in CLDC mode and only
when preverifier mode is off.

I checked the change against 2 TCKs and it works fine.
