Re: Treo Windows Mobile 5.0, download j2me via OTA

Most of Windows Mobile handsets can load the jad unless you provide the full URL to the jad file (not only a local reference to jad file).

If jad contains no proprietary key for your app, you also can directly download the jar.

Objet : Treo Windows Mobile 5.0, download j2me via OTA

I have some j2me program that work fairly on java enabled phones. But I am trying to the same on the Treo WM 5.0, it didn't accept jad programs.

So I downloaded the IBM j9 and other packages. But I am lost to figure out how I can download j2me from OTA. Why are they making this complicated? Looks like cell phones are better off than smartphones.

suggestions are greatly appreciated.
