I am stuck with JavaHelp system problem. My application worked absolutely fine on tomcat. When I ported my help system application to JBOSS I get the error attached below. I am trying to run the ServerHelp demo that comes with JavaHelp download. Any one has an idea. If I comment out the line

" helpSetName="avaya-ccr/secure/ReportHelpDemo/reports/Reports.hs"/>

things work fine.I appreciate if you have any ideas. The help file system is pretty much there.

We switched fromNetbeans/Tomcat environment to JDeveloper/Oracle. I had to
remove the filter-class assigned to the
help folder where the help.jsp and all the other html and xml files are
located. Then the error went away.

Looks like a problem related to finding the helpset file.

Just to let the people know that the help system file was at the right location but there was security issue in reaching to the file.

Lesson Learned was configuration files should not have same security as jsp pages.
