Sun Java Wireless Toolkit 2.5 for CLDC final release available for download!

We are proud to annouce that the final release of the WTK 2.5 is now
available for download:
http://java.sun.com/products/sjwtoolkit/download-2_5.html

New features include:
-support for a total of 20 JSRs including the newly defined next-gen
mobile phone platform, Mobile Service Architecture (JSR 248)
-new supporting utilities to support application development for newly
supported JSRs
-new and updated emulator skins

Not sure what you're asking. Are you refering to the WTK (the Java ME development tool) or one of our Java ME implementations for devices?

Are we getting a linux version of 2.5 since its final now cause that would be cool?

I hope whatever it was that prevented the beta from working with EclipseME
has been fixed.

Basically, Sun will make available an unsupported version of WTK for Linux in the April/May 07 time frame. Also, for a general FAQ on WTK please see

I just hope we will see a release for Linux pretty soon too.
