dear all!

I want to add JSR135 to the phoneME feature software, when i build it on the linux-i386 platform there are many errors ocuured.
I have compared the win32-jsr135 and linux-abb catalogs, founded that although there has little difference in the configuration file, but the amount of files contained by the tow catalogs has a huge difference. Why should this be?

Hi,

linux-abb folder has a required by MIDP specification subset of media functionality - it is definitly not a JSR135 but very limited subset of it

win32-jsr135 folder has a functionality required by JSR135 it includes and expands the subset of requirements from MIDP specification realized under linux-abb. But it is win32 specific implementtation of JSR135.

Kostya.

Hi,

Can i build the subset to phoneME?

The config files in linux-abb folder has little difference from that in win32-jsr135. I have done lots of change for them ,but cann't build successful.

Hi!

Could you please post part of your build log with error messages so we can analyze that.

However the bad news are that linux-abb is not supported for linux-x86 at all. It should build but there is no guarantee.

Another bad thing is that the sound engine is missing there. So you will not have any sound produced until you implement functions from qsoundnative.c file (possibly by using some external sound engine)
