The SWINGX DEMO on http://swinglabs.org/demos.jsp is great. However, there is a menu item that says "View Source Code" that doesn't seem to do anything when clicked.

Is there a way to get the source code of the swingx demo posted, so we can use it as an sample when developing our apps?

Hi

I tried looking for the demo code at the link u mentioned i.e https://swinglabs-demos.dev.java.net

but I could not access it. "automated builds" points me to nowhere and I could not get it from CVS as well.

I am trying to integrate jxdatepicker swingx app with my project. Let me know how can I get an application code for the same.

Also I earlier tried to compile JXDatePicker using the code I got from this link

http://www.java2s.com/Open-Source/Java-Document/Swing-Library/swingx/org...

and tried to compile it using swingx package 0.9.2 but it didn't work .

I have Windows XP an dI am using Eclipse.

Thanks
Neil

doohhh ... sombody sure must update that link, still pointing to
cruisecontrol ;-) But could well be that currently the automated build
of the demos is off - we had a couple of problems due to a server
breakdown a month ago. For reference, the place to get divers builds is:

http://swinglabs.java.sun.com/hudson/

CVS checkout should work always, though. Why doesn't it for you?

why should it, you can't really expect that replacing a framework class
with an oldish version broken out off that framework more than a year
ago ;-) Simply use the current datePicker. As to its usage, I don't
quite understand how that would be difficult, but maybe I'm missing
something ...

I am also trying to look for the source code and can't find it. Are my eyes bad? I just can't find the source code to the swingx demo.

If click such as "Demos Update", then choose "Workspace" and then follow src/java/org/jdesktop/demo/swingx/, you should be able find the code you were looking for.

Demo code should all be in https://swinglabs-demos.dev.java.net
