So, with my custom phoneME binary compiling and running, it would be nice to be able to input upper case letters with the qwerty input setting. Is it possible? I didn't find any shift-key define in key_mapping.h. It's a bit awkward to enter text in ABC-mode on a qwerty keyboard =)

Hello,
It's possible to input upper case letters in qwerty mode. You should just use the regular way using the qwerty keyboard. (pressing shift + letter or input letters with activated capslock), the upper letters and lower latters come to MIDP with different key codes and they are represented correctly on the screen.

thanks,
Sveta

Odd, because if I add a printout of the key codes they are identical. This might be because I'm currently using the /dev/tty approach instead of /dev/input/event. But it shouldn't really matter since if it's supposed to work it should work for any choice, imho.
