Is there a bare LG3D core (just the menubar without programs)?

Because we are making my LG3D app and we have to make a presentation for school with it and I don't want any unnecessary icons in my screen

Build from source? :-)

Deleting the extra jar files from ext/app should work, (if the jar
isn't there, the icon shouldn't appear) but you don't want to delete
certain programs, like the background switcher (killing the background
switcher leaves you with a solid black background).

To remove the programs from the system remove the corresponding jar files from ext/app directory.

If you are compiling from source, you can also move the lg3d-incubator project (just rename it) and then none of the incubator apps will be included in your build.

If you want a very different look you can take the current scenemanager code and create a new scenemanager with your own look.
