When I try to run a webapp I get this error.
Error loading http://localhost:8080/AppName/resources/dojo/tabbedview/component.js (line:405). name:TypeError id:dojo_tabbedview0
error: con is not a constructor

If I look at component.js there are only 55 lines so no line 405 where the error is said to occur.

How can this be fixed to run properly?

Hi,

This error will only occur with the post beta jMaki so I suspect you do not have the component.js file containing a widget with the constructor:

jmaki.dojo.tabbedview.Widget = function() {
... code here
}

You should check your error log to make sure there was not an error registered when the page loaded the component.js and you may want to also swap in the latest jmaki.js script which I updated to report better error messages.

https://ajax.dev.java.net/source/browse/ajax/ws/lib/scripts/jmaki.js?onl...

The line number is acutally the jmaki.js line number in this case. The way were were catching the errors it appeared to be in the component.js.

I plan to update the weekly build tomorrow so if you still have problems you might wayt to wait. I'll make sure this widgets gets extra testing before I push out the weekly.

Hi,
I have done as you suggested and used today's weekly build (18th Dec) and all is working well.

Thanks for the help.
