Hi..

I just extended the JAI I/O to read the Image Resource Block of Photoshop in TIFF Files.
I added new TIFFTagSets and changed the TIFFImageReader class.

The company I'm working for needs to handle with spot colors so I needed to do these changes.
My question is:
Can I send these changes to your CVS so that future versions of JAI I/O also got these functions or are there special restrictions.
Otherwise we always have to patch new versions of JAI I/O to ensure spot color handling :( )

(I also registered a new Operation to mix the spot color channel into the other channels but I don't know if anybody is interested in this function ;))

Cheers

Hello. To contribute changes you have to file a Joint Copyright Agreement first. Please see this information:

https://jai-imageio.dev.java.net/#How_to_Contribute

You will also need to join java.net and specifically the jai-imageio.dev.java.net project.

Thanks,

Brian
