Developing Secure WS clients with NetBeans

I hope this isn't too general to be posted here, but I will plough on as if it is not...

I have generated a web application (served by app server 8.1) and have used netbeans to develop the clients for this application.

I then created a XWS-Security config file regenerated server ties, deployed, and everything seems to be working fine.

How do I go about adapting my clients to use the secured versions of the web service whilst still using the NetBeans environment.

I can't see a way of automatically generating security aware client stubs but can I just:

- generate stubs from server source using wscompile (with -security and -gen:client options)
- import stubs into NBs (replacing exisiting stubs)
- write security call back handler
