Hi,

I have tested every weekly build on Windows XP SP2.
But after b90(b90,b91) , I could not install mustang.

step
1. Download exe installer.
Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language JDK file
2. Double click exe.
3. Error Popup dialog appears.
Dialog shows in Japanese.
Message means...like..
"An error occured while translating.
Please confirm if specified translation path is valid"
in Japanese
"?????????????????????????????
????????????????"

Even I uninstalled previous mustang build by hand,
this problem occured.

Does this have anything to do with b90 feature...?

I have experienced that too (b90 I think, upgrading from b89), I retried, and it worked fine the second time.

You suceeded when you retried?
What do you do before your retry....

I see error dialog every time I try...

I can't clearly recall... I don't remember actively doing anything. I think I left the error message on the screen while I considered what to do. My laptop possibly went into standy mode, or hibernated itself after a while.
I may have opened the Add/Remove Applications screen to see if the jdk was still listed.

This will be fixed in b94 under bug 6446356.

The workaround is to run with this command:

jdk*.exe /lang=1033

Note: it will run in English.
