Hi,

I want to build a Web Service in Java that is WS-ReliableMessaging compliant and supports MTOM for consumption by Microsoft's Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).

I was going through the guide at:

http://websvc.netbeans.org/wsit/

and in the section for "Download, install, configure", I followed the instructions (Flash demo), installed Netbeans 5.5 beta, build 43 as well as 48 of glassfish, and the WSIT plugin download within Netbeans.

But when I create a web service and then choose "Edit web service attributes", I get a dialog with "Security is supported only on Sun application server".

So, I installed the Netbeans 5.5 bundle with SAS 9.0 (netbeans-5_5-ide-entpack-sdk-jbi-am-windows.exe) and followed the same set of steps, this time using the bundled Sun app server 9.0 (which is based on Glassfish?) but I only have a "security" tab with security related options and no "Messaging" tab for MTOM and Reliable Messaging as shown in: http://websvc.netbeans.org/wsit/

What am I doing wrong?

The WSIT integration works now. The wsit module download within netbeans does not download the wsit jars.

These need to be downloaded separately from the cvs repository, built and installed into the SAS 9.0 directory.
