JXMA server example

I'm trying to display files that are in a JXMA server and then download it onto a handset. But my JXMA server doesn't work and i want to know if somebody can help me with this error:

Are you sure you setup the correct IP address for your
JXTA relay. Looks like the Cleint cannot open a
TCP connection to the relay.
