Sorry for not replying sooner.

I haven't tried to generate JavaHelp from ePublisherPro yet, but I have
experimented with it some. ePublisherPro is radically different from
previous versions of WebWorks. It generates very different HTML and by
default includes much more detailed style information in both HTML files and
style sheets. If you compare the HTML code for a file generated by WebWorks
2003 with the same file generated by ePublisherPro, you'll quickly see how
different they are.

You should definitely look at the wwp-users list
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/wwp-users/) and/or contact WebWorks support
to figure out how to get the output you want. You'll probably need to either
customize some WebWorks styles, or maybe change the formatting of your
source files.
