Hello!

Are there any plans for the ability to display transparent png-Files in the systray on linux platforms? My png-File have a gray background instead of transparency, which is looking not so beautiful.

And furthermore: How about a JPopupMenu instead of an awt PopupMenu for the systray? On linux it's looking quite ugly if you use KDE and the popupMenu is looking neither as the kde theme nor the current used java-theme. It's looking a bit like the MotifLookAndFeel

Regards

I think we have the same issues with Windows XP, not completely sure about Systray icons, but definitely for icons in Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.
