Applet java.policy file

I have an applet which is a report building tool like crystal reports. For this applet i need to edit java.policy file on client machine.(so that my applet has special previlages.)
Since applets dont have access to clients machine , how can i put my java.policy file to clients hard drive..?

Select your preferred way to display the comments and click "Save settings" to activate your changes.

You don't need to put this file on client's machine. All you need - is to digitally sign your applet and ask user for some special permission. User may allow this permission permanently.
