2 steps. If you are in the jdnc project root:

cd make
ant

cd ../deployment/make
ant javadoc

The javadoc will be in deployment/build/javadoc.

Don't worry about the JUnit warnings from the jdnc_markup project. Most
of them are spurious from testing the logging/error handling system.
However, there are some bugs in the URL resolution tests since these
tests refer to urls within Sun.
