loading a JNDC file

I haven't seen anything about this in the docs, but can you dynamically load a dialog (or any other component) in a running JNDC application. Let's say I want a warning popup dialog shown. Can you do something like MyApplicationInstance.load(parent_component,URL_of_JNDC_file). That would let you add a dialog component on top of a parent or if it's null, then the desktop.

Or does the ENTIRE app have to be declared ahead of time in the JNDC file?

Thinlets let you do this with "parse(url)". Check out

I'd love to dump Thinlets and use JNDC, but this is absolutely necessary for database/dynamically generated markup.
