The Eye of Horus v1.0 is a skinnable java surveillance software that uses jdic's tray icon and browser support.

Cool ! I downloaed the trial version, and got it run on my WinXP, it's displayed as a tray icon on the task bar. But I don't have a webcam installed. :(

By the way, how the Browser component is used there ?

Thanks,
-George.

Hi!
When an intruder is detected the software creates an html file with the pictures captured by the webcam. Then a link is created in the Logs Tab, and when the user clicks the link a Browser pops up and displays the html.
This didn't work with JDIC 0.9 because it had a bug opening local files (issue #277) but you guys fixed it in 0.9.1 and now it works great!

Thanks again for this great API!
