[JAVAHELP] Available locales

JavaHelp V2.0 constants will be localized for the following locales:

Arabic
Czech
German
French
Hebrew
Japanese
Russian
Slovakia
Chinese

If your favorite locale is not listed and you have the time to translate
the Constants.java file reply to this email with the name of the locale
you will be able to translate. The Constants.java file can be accessed
at https://javahelp.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=0
This is the file sharing tool of the javahelp project on java.net. When
you have completed the translation add your translated Constants_xx.java
to the shared files.

It is not necessary to translate the entire file. If you can translate
just the GUI portions at the bottom it would have a most impact. Also
if I have the files by Sunday I'll work at incorporating them into the
final V2.0 build.
