[JAVAHELP] Mixed letters

I generate JavaHelp from FrameMaker and I have the problem that the
headings is generating mixed capitals and small letters?!
I can solve it through the css-file when showing the HTML-files in Internet
Explorer, but that is not what I want, because in JavaHelp the headings look
like: "mY heAdinG" or something like that.

So anyone who knows anything about this? Thank you!

Possibly the text is mixed already in FrameMaker and you just do not
notice, because the paragraph format is uppercased?

What do you use to generate the JavaHelp? WebWorks Publisher?
