[JAVAHELP] What is the right mailing list/forum for java help topics.....

Hi,
I found two mailing lists and one forum for java help related issues. Which one is the
official one. If Sun owns all three, can they be consolidated into one?
Mailing list: JAVAHELP-INTEREST@JAVA.SUN.COM (Most Active)
Mailing list: users@javahelp.dev.java.net (No messages. Why is this there?)
Forum: http://www.javadesktop.org/forums/forum.jspa?forumID=10 (last message other than mine
was on Sep 23)
Forum: https://javahelp.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectForumView (empty)

Regards.

Eli,

When you post to the mailing list it posts to the discussion group as well and vice-versa. At least as far as I've been able to determine.

It would appear to me that this discussion list via email is still alive and well,
I suspect that the forum in the Javadesktop.org site just hasn't been discovered yet by everyone...
cheers,

JavaHelp-Interest is the older model and the forum is the new mechanism.
Posting are cross posted to both lists so these are equivalent though
JavaHelp-Interest has historical data in it.

This is part of the Collabnet mailing lists. we might eventual use this
but for now it is inactive.

This forum is not used but we can't get rid of it due to CollabNet
