We are using a Help authoring tool: RoboHelp. From single source
documentation (HTML as well as Word), you can generate several output
documentations: JavaHelp, printed Word documentation, HTML Help...

But other help authoring tools may automatically generate PDF files.

Subject: [JAVAHELP] Exporting JavaHelp / Common document set

I was wondering if there was any semi easy way to export JavaHelp to one
massive HTML file (or some other file for that matter). I have a large
number of documents that require both a printed and electronic (JavaHelp)
version. Ideally there would be one
"set" of documents that both electronic and printed versions would draw
from. Does anyone have any good suggestions to tackle this problem? I
realize there may be a bit of massaging required for the printed version to
cope with page dimensions and end of page breaks.
