Versions of files

I use JH2.0_01 and thought that I was supposed to use version 2 of the files
below by changing the number 1 to number 2 instead, and also the version
attribute in e.g.

But I realized that the files did not exist.
I now use the links below in my files, is that correct or is there updated
versions on other links?

http://java.sun.com/products/javahelp/helpset_1_0.dtd

http://java.sun.com/products/javahelp/toc_1_0.dtd

http://java.sun.com/products/javahelp/index_1_0.dtd

Thank you!

The version 2 files aren't posted on the net yet. java.sun.com is going
through a major overhaul and all updates have been blocked for about a
month. In the meantime you can use the dtd in the javahelp/lib/dtd
directory.
