jhindexer command

Hello Java help people.
I'm creating my helpsets and making progress. Now I must create the index database but I can't get the jhindexer command to work. When I execute "jhindexer topicdir1 topicdir2" I always get "Exception in thread main java.utilzip.zipexception: The system cannot find the file specified". Have I missed something here?

I use it like this:

jhindexer.jar -verbose -c your_project.cfg -db ASearchDatabaseName

Ofcourse you need to hae jhindexer in your path, otherwise you can always
write like (on Windows-machine):

C:\folder\folder2\jhindexer.jar -verbose -c your_project.cfg -db
ASearchDatabaseName
